TribeGO can be downloaded from either Google Play or App Store.
Please scan the QR code or follow the links below to download the app on your mobile phone:
If you are still unable to locate the app, please check your store region. For instructions on how to check, please refer to "TribeGO is not available in my country".
If the app is not available in your country, please check your play/app store country and send it to us at hello@ltria.com.
As the instructions may differ depending on your OS and mobile, please check online for the most suitable instructions.
However, the instructions below should apply to most mobiles:
How to check Play/App Store country:
Android
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Settings > General > Account and device preferences > Country and profiles.
iOS
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Country/Region.
Yes, you can! Please follow the steps below to setup your account in other phones:
1. Open TribeGO app
2. Tap "Forget Password or Reset Account"
3. You will receive an email/SMS with a QR code
4. Once you have received the QR code, open TribeGO on the phone you wish to setup the account on
5. Tap "Register"
6. Scan your new QR code
7. Set password (however it is recommended that you keep to the same password)
To utilize the remainder, you can choose to do one of the following:
Request the merchant to split up your transaction.
Make full payment with an alternative payment method and submit a manual claim for the flex balance amount. Once the claim is approved, the balance amount can be withdrawn from the cash wallet.
