  • How do I add my Tribe Card to Apple Pay?
    1. Login to TribeGO app 2. Tap "TribeCard Pay" 3. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" 4. Follow onscreen instructions
  • How do I withdraw from my cash wallet?
    On your TribeGO dashboard, tap cash wallet Tap withdraw Tap add account and fill up your bank details > update > continue to withdraw Enter the amount to withdraw > next > transfer now Please take note that the amount will take a few days to be reflected in your bank account.
  • TribeGO is not available in my country
    If the app is not available in your country, please check your play/app store country and send it to us at hello@ltria.com. As the instructions may differ depending on your OS and mobile, please check online for the most suitable instructions. However, the instructions below should apply to most mobiles: How to check Play/App Store country: Android 1. Open the Google Play Store app . 2. At the top right, tap the profile icon. 3. Tap Settings General Account and device preferences Country and profiles. iOS 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. 3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in. 4. Tap Country/Region.
  • How do I reset password/login?
    1. Open TribeGO app 2. Tap "Forget Password or Reset Account" 3. You will receive an email/sms with a QR code 4. Once you have received the QR code, open TribeGO app 5. Tap "register" 6. Scan your new QR code 7. Set a new password
  • Why is my Tribe Card payment rejected?
    Your payment could have been rejected for the following reason/s: There is insufficient balance in your wallet. The merchant is not approved under your flex plan. For more details on your plan design check out the claim guide on TribeGO > documents
  • I have insufficient balance in my wallet for a transaction, how do I utilize the remainder?
    To utilize the remainder, you can choose to do one of the following: Request the merchant to split up your transaction. Make full payment with an alternative payment method and submit a manual claim for the flex balance amount. Once the claim is approved, the balance amount can be withdrawn from the cash wallet.
  • Can I set up an account on another device?
    Yes, you can! Please follow the steps below to setup your account in other phones: 1. Open TribeGO app 2. Tap "Forget Password or Reset Account" 3. You will receive an email/sms with a QR code 4. Once you have received the QR code, open TribeGO on the phone you wish to setup the account on 5. Tap "register" 6. Scan your new QR code 7. Set password (however it is recommended that you keep to the same password)
  • How do I download TribeGO app?
    TribeGO can be downloaded from either Google Play or App Store. Please scan the QR code or follow the links below to download the app on your mobile phone: Google Play download App Store Download If you are still unable to locate the app, please check your store region. For instructions on how to check, please refer to "TribeGO is not available in my country".
  • How to register with QR code
    1. Open your TribeGO app 2. Tap "register" 3. Scan the QR code in your welcome email 4. Choose your password
